About the Service
BoothHistory is an independent, non-commercial project that captures and archives publicly available TKTS Live discount ticket listings for historical and research purposes. We are not affiliated with the Theatre Development Fund (TDF), TKTS, or any theatre, production, or ticket vendor.
No ticket sales
The Service does not sell tickets and is not a box office. Prices, discounts, and availability shown here are historical or point-in-time snapshots and may not reflect current offerings. Always confirm details directly with TKTS or the official vendor before making any purchase.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep the archive accurate, but the data is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that the information is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made based on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape or reproduce the Service's content at a scale or in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden on our systems.
Intellectual property
Show names, artwork, and related materials belong to their respective owners and are referenced here for informational and archival purposes. Third-party content is used under fair use or with reference to its source (such as Playbill, Wikipedia, and Wikidata).
Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites, such as ticket vendors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoothHistory and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
