BoothHistory (“we,” “us”) is an independent, non-commercial project that archives publicly available TKTS discount ticket listings. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we do — and don't — collect.

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or payment details to browse the site.

Usage analytics. We use privacy-conscious, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp) for security and operational purposes.

How we use information

Any data we collect is used only to operate, secure, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel and may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf and have their own privacy practices. Outbound links (for example, ticket vendors) are governed by the privacy policies of those destinations, not this one.

Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for the site to function and for aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
